Method

Chemistry including several separation techniques, instrumental analysis, especially application of MS and several mode of NMR for structure determination.

Various terpenoids and their glycosides (iridoids, and saponins), cyanoglucosides, Sulfer-containing glycosides, nicotine derivatives, alkaloids, phenylpropanoids, various quinones, flavonoids etc.

Biological activities

Antiallergy, hypoglycemic, effector of glucose transporter, cytotoxicity, enzyme inhibitors, etc.
